Scheduler Location Setup Request

Setup Information

There's a one-time fee of $200 to setup a new location in the Scheduler which includes hosting thru the end of this year. After this year there is a $250/year per site hosting charge to continue using the Scheduler. A reminder is sent in December for continuing with the scheduler to opt in/out for the following year.

If you agree with the pricing, complete the setup information below and once all the information is entered click the Submit Setup Request button.

Once the setup request has been received and reviewed the location will be created with the requested users and resources for a 14 day free trial period. If the location wants to continue using the scheduler beyond the free trial an invoice will be sent to the location owner for the setup fee (due upon receipt).

The location setup information needed is as follows:

• Initial Users
• Initial Resources (Machines, Trucks)
• Location Name
• Location Owner Informaiton

Users can be setup as one of the following types:

• Administrator: Can add/update/delete/view all scheduled jobs
• Operator: Can view schedule and change some information about a job.
  Operators cannot add or move scheduled jobs
• Guest: Can only view the job schedule, cannot create or view a specific job.
